DESCRIPTION: Responsible for maintenance, management and business development of assigned, existing accounts. Act as liaison with appropriate sales and internal operations staff, as well as with customers at all management levels to ensure streamlined service-delivery and business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Develop and maintain productive customer relationships on behalf of Corporate Office for assigned accounts. Liaison between customers and Corporate; to report, monitor &/or implement effective service solutions & efficient workflows. Ensure the appropriate execution of contract agreements reached with clientele Develop strategies to achieve the service expectations of customers and productivity expectations of the Company, including, but not limited to; customer-service support, partnership meetings with customers, program implementations, and performance reporting. Interact internally with appropriate staff to ensure effective communication in the development, management and maintenance of assigned accounts. Create, evaluate and submit standardized productivity reports for specific customers on monthly basis. Create, evaluate and submit customized productivity reports for specific customers as directed. Organize, develop and facilitate quarterly and annual stewardship presentations with clients. Participate in company sales meetings and in industry events as directed. Travel is required as this position is remote office based. COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS: College degree or commensurate industry experience. 5 years Workers Compensation, Disability Management related experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in system navigation. Proven track record in sales or account management Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
