Trevor Davis joined FAIRPAY Solutions in the fall of 2003 as its first in-house counsel. Mr. Davis’ principal duties involved the comprehensive research and application of state workers’ compensation laws and regulations with respect to medical bill review. This work helped build the foundation enabling the firm’s transition from software vendor to a leading provider of specialty bill review services.

Since joining FAIRPAY, Mr. Davis’ responsibilities have grown to encompass corporate duties involving contracting, intellectual property protection, and analytics support. Since 2008, Mr. Davis has served as head of the firm’s government relations unit, with primary duties for coordinating efforts on lobbying and other legislative and administrative agency outreach.

Mr. Davis earned his JD from the Louisiana State University Law Center, and received his BA from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.
